Work-life balance is a topic that has become something of a mystery for many. How can this be achieved? Is there such a thing? And I can tell you that yes there is.

We all know that finding a work/life balance can be a challenge for most of us, but it's so important for employers to become aware of this and offer employees the support they need to support their overall health and well-being. 

 

Studies have shown employees who are healthy perform better, delivering higher levels of productivity.

I have worked as a Marketing Manager in the corporate world and know how absenteeism and sick leave can negatively impact staff and the company as a whole.  

 

As a Health Coach & Yoga teacher I work with organisations to help them define their overall wellness goals and tailor sessions or a program accordingly.
