10 Ways to Practice Self-Care

Self-care is something that sometimes gets overlooked. We're typically so focused on looking after others that sometimes we forget to look after ourselves.  The importance of self-care is crucial in supporting our mental and physical wellbeing. There are very simple things that we can introduce into our daily routine to help us achieve a good practice of self-care.

  1. Book a Massage 

  2. Take a Bubble Bath 

  3. A walk in nature 

  4. Listen to music 

  5. Spray Lavender Pillow Mist before you sleep

  6. Meditate 

  7. Sing & dance to your favourite songs 

  8. Clear out your wardrobe 

  9. Write down your goals & affirmations 

  10. Experiment cooking a new recipe

These are just a few suggestions but there are many more. Practicing self-care doesn't need to be difficult or expensive. Create the space and time you need to enjoy and appreciate you.
