Are you suffering from Adrenal fatigue?


When life gets busy and stressful, it can have an impact on your adrenal glands. The adrenal glands are triangle-shaped endocrine glands that sit at the top of your kidneys. They help regulate your stress response through the synthesis of corticosteroids like cortisol and catecholamines like adrenaline.


Symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue

There are many symptoms but here are just a few to be aware of:

  • Tired, but wired – having poor sleep

  • Dizziness

  • Heart palpations

  • Dark circles under the eyes

  • Low blood sugar

  • Low libido

  • Chronic infections

Natural Ways to support Adrenals

  • Try to limit your caffeine intake, by reducing your coffee and tea. Drink plenty of fresh, filtered water every day.

  • Eliminate sugar and processed carbs. Sugar and simple carbs (junk!) put stress on the adrenals. Adrenal glands help to regulate blood sugar levels.
