Yoga & Barre

I have been personally practicing Yoga & Barre for over 18 years. I completed my Total Barre training with Real Pilates, Dubai in January 2019 and my RYT200hr teacher training qualification with Zuna Yoga, Bali in June 2019. I am a registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals UK specialising in Hatha Yoga & Yoga for Cancer.

Hatha Yoga includes the practice of asanas and pranayama breathing techniques, which helps you bring peace to the mind and body, whilst preparing the body for a deeper spiritual practice such as meditation.

​

Barre is a blend of Yoga, Pilates, cardio and strength training to create a high-energy and dynamic class choreographed to music. 

 

I offer corporate wellness, private lessons and group classes.
